Visitor Guidance

Tickets are non-refundable, including in cases of inclement weather. As this is an entirely outdoor visitor attraction, please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

To help protect the gardens and ensure a safe visit for everyone, only registered Assistance Dogs and Guide Dogs are permitted.

Accessible WC facilities are available.

Free parking is available onsite.

Beeleigh Abbey is a private family residence. There is no public access to the house, outbuildings, or private residential areas.

Children must be supervised at all times due to areas of deep water within the gardens.

Most areas of the gardens are accessible via gravel paths and grass walkways with gentle slopes leading down to the river. As this is a historic garden, some uneven surfaces should be expected.

To help preserve the gardens for all visitors to enjoy, picnics are not permitted onsite.

Please be aware that, due to the historic nature of the grounds, most of the pathways are gravel and can be difficult to navigate using a manual wheelchair. Visitors using powered wheelchairs or mobility scooters generally find these surfaces much easier to access.

If you have any questions about accessibility or would like to discuss your individual requirements before your visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch – we're always happy to help.
